Bullet journaling vortex

So, I've been sick in bed for a couple of days, and stumbled onto the concept of bullet journaling--through Amy Tangerine's youtube videos and then about 15-20 subsequent videos--hence the term vortex. And then I pulled the trigger on a cheap version of the Journal on amazon--just in case I peter out soon. I can handle $11 regret, not $35. But, do I check out some lovely new markers to embellish my journals like Amy's?  I may.  Besides, I can use those in my cardmaking too, right?
